If you're moving, downsizing, or have lost a loved one, we take care of everything in an estate sale from start to finish. Estate sales are a great way to liquidate all household and personal belongings when you are selling your home or the home of loved one. The sale occurs at the home for 1-3 days, longer if necessary. We can take care of everything from sorting, staging, selling and cleanup. Our goal is to maximize your sales and leave you with an empty house.

Whether you have a small apartment, luxury estate, business, barn or old farmhouse, we can help you clear out or clutter out.

Why have an estate sale? There are many reasons for using estate sale services:

Selling the family home as empty nesters
Retirement and downsizing
Moving to another state or country for job relocation
Preparing to move a loved one into an assisted living or full-time nursing care arrangement
Bankruptcy or divorce

What can be sold at an estate sale? Almost anything. We can sell everything from kitchen towels to fine china, folding chairs to artwork, bicycles to lawn tractors and everything in between. We even sell the cleaning products in your garage. Gold, silver, jewelry, coins, home decor, rugs, collectibles, vintage items, toys, purses, shoes, outdoor furniture and old electronics are some of the more popular items to sell. We can sell boats, tractors, quads, motorcycles, trucks, farm equipment and jet skis! We will NOT sell any personal or financial items we find during our sorting process. Our goal is to sell everything for the highest and best price for you.

What am I supposed to do with items I am going to keep or cannot move out of the home before the sale? Prior to the start of inventory/sorting, it is strongly recommended that you have all personal items you wish to keep either removed from the home or secured in a locked room or closet. This is so the items you wish to keep will not be accidently sold.

What can you expect from us?

We are happy to discuss our fees, time frame, after sale clean up, and any other considerations - depending on your needs.

If there are certain items that you'd like to sell only after a reserve price is reached, we're happy to do so.

We professionally advertise & market your estate sale.

We sort, stage & set up your home.

Items will be priced reasonably.

Customers may pay with cash, credit card or Venmo.

We'll negotiate customer discounts & bulk purchases when appropriate.

Payment will be made to you within 5 business days of the final sale day.
